| The Atlanta data center is MTI’s primary facility, incorporating all aspects of MTI operation. The Dallas data center is part of MTI’s business continuity plan, which allows telephone calls destined for the Atlanta facility to be rerouted to Dallas. The Dallas facility is not designed to act as a primary call-taking or call-making operation. Instead, its role is to act as a backup facility to Atlanta in the event of a major outage in Atlanta.
MTI uses NCR or Network Call Redirect services from our carriers which allows for the automatic or manual cutover of traffic. |
