As the technology progressed, so did the sophistication of the solutions we were able to offer. Stein Mart selected a speech-enabled deployment, with both area and ZIP code searches. The product also provides customers with maps and spoken directions as well as SMS text messaging with links that can load the map on a smart phone. Stein Mart has the option to configure the application right on the web site allowing location information additions and updates; provide special messages, get real time reporting and access other great features.
