Our outbound calling API simplifies and streamlines the process of placing automated outbound calls through the MTI hosting environment. Our clients can easily execute outbound calls by sending secure http requests to the web service. Each request that is sent to the web service will initiate one outbound call using one of MTI’s hosting platforms. The web service will create a unique Session ID to identify each call initiation request. The web service can be invoked using an HTTP GET, HTTP POST, or a SOAP request. All of these access methods will yield the same result, but are included for ease of use and compatibility with multiple programming languages.
