We allow our customers to choose from the industry’s best -of-breed ASR and TTS engine–Genesys.
The Genesys environment’s ASR is decoupled from the platform. It supports a number of third-party vendors of ASR and TTS speech engine resources (such as Nuance, IBM, and AT&T Watson or any MRCP compliant ASR). Currently most of our customers on the Genesys platform use Nuance’s “Open Speech Recognizer” for ASR and Realspeak for TTS.
